You are responsible for keeping your phone and access to the app secure. You are also responsible for the accuracy of the data (attendance, salary rates) you input into the application. The app calculates salary based solely on your inputs.

3. Service Availability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide without notice.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Duty Tracker Pro or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
