1. Digital Goods

Since the Service offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (Premium Subscription), we generally do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website/App.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

We may honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

  • Non-delivery of the product: If for some reason the premium features were not unlocked after a successful transaction. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance.

  • Major defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. You should contact our Support Team for such issues.
